Salon & Spa Policies

SPA/SALON POLICY:  effective January 1,2022 we will require a credit card to keep on your file for all salon & spa services booked.

Refunds
All services are non-refundable and refunds will not be given once you have left Breze.

If you are unsatisfied with an AVEDA product you have purchased here at Breze,  we would be happy to provide you with a full refund within 7 days of original purchase as long as you  have the original receipt as valid proof of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued after 7 days or without a receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Here at Breze, we know that your time is very important and we hope in return that you appreciate ours as well. We require 24 hours notice for rescheduling, cancelling or changing an appointment.

*Cancel your appointment outside of 24 hours, services will be cancelled or rescheduled with no charge occurring

*Cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged to the card on file 50% of the reserved service value at the time we receive your cancellation and in order to rebook with us again. This charge is due to the simple fact that with the short notice it makes it impossible to fill that spot and results in lost income for your service provider. We do offer a 4 hour grace period for illness/dangerous weather to avoid this charge.

*Rescheduling: if you call day of to reschedule an appointment these will be treated on an circumstances basis and could result in a rescheduling charge of 50% the value of the service.

*Day-of cancellations, changing an appointment(for a lesser value)day of or upon arrival,  or no-showing entirely will result in the full cost(100%) of the service you had originally reserved being charged to the card on file. These late cancellations or changes result in lost income for the service providers. We do offer a 4 hour grace period for illness/dangerous weather to avoid this charge.

*Our booking system sends text reminds 24 hours prior to your service; so therefore there is no reason to NO SHOW an appointment.

*Any voicemails left for cancellations after business hours will be deemed as received on the next business day, and may be subject to the cancellation fees above.

Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. We are once again offering our Aveda tea in hot and iced, along with fruit infused water so we encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to take a moment to relax before your appointment begins.

Late
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your ultimate enjoyment of your service as certain parts may need to be removed or eliminated to allow the treatment/service to end at its scheduled time. This is so that the guest following your service is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Walk-in appointments
If there is someone available at that time we would be more than happy to accommodate you at Breze.

Methods of payment
We accept Breze gift cards, Mastercard, Visa, Interact debit cards, and cash.

Gratitude
Gratuities are not included in our service prices or included with our Gift cards. This is a personal appreciation of our service to you. If you wish to leave a gratuity for your service provider you can do so at the front desk when checking out.

Reservations
Please give us a call at (250) 758-6822, email us at info@brezesalonandspa.com or book online via the tab on our home page. A member of our Guest Services team will be happy to assist you with making your reservation and answering any questions you may have. We do request a credit card to hold the reservation on all multiple bookings(2 or more guests or guests enjoying more than one service)

Scheduling
We recommend booking your reservation in advance. Pre-booking reservations at the end of your service increases the likelihood of us having a time and date available to suit your schedule.

Gift Certificate Policy: (UPDATED AS OF MARCH 2023)
As of April 1,2023 we will no longer be accepting paper gift certificates.  We have recently updated our POS/booking system and we are no longer able to track the paper certificate as they are at least 9 years-19 years old.  consumerprotectionbc.ca states that businesses are allowed to put an expiry date on a gift card that is for a specific good or service. Please note we are just setting the expiry date for paper certificates ONLY for April 1,2023.

As always our Breze Gift Cards NEVER expire so that special someone can use it whenever they wish without the pressure of time.  As always,they are a non-refundable item, Breze Salon and Day Spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen Gift cards.

Minimum Age
We require a parent or guardian signature for anyone under the age of 18 requiring waxing services. As we do not offer child care, we have found through experience that the environment at Breze is not ideal for children under the age of 10. Please contact management if you have any questions regarding this policy

Children
In order for you and our other guests to enjoy their experience, we ask that you arrange child care prior to your time with us. Neither our staff nor you can be responsible for your child while you receive services. Children cannot be left to run around and disturb our other guests that are here to enjoy their services.  Age appropriate, well mannered children may sit by themselves in the waiting area(for quick 15 minute services), however any disturbance to our team or other guest will be addressed.
