All services are non-refundable and refunds will not be given once you have left Breze.

If you are unsatisfied with an AVEDA product you have purchased here at Breze, with a receipt we would be happy to provide you with a full refund within 7 days of original purchase. Refunds cannot be issued after 7 days or without a receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Here at Breze, we know that your time is very important and we do hope in return that you appreciate our time is as well. This is the reason we do confirmations 48 hours in advance.  We leave a message if we don’t speak with you directly with the confirmed time and date so you have a record of your upcoming appointment. We require that if you should need to cancel or reschedule, that you provide us with 24 hours notice. We understand that sometimes cancellations are simply unavoidable but no showing or saying you forgot when your appointment was booked for is not a valid reason.   If you cancel last minute, or “no show” an appointment, we will require a credit card on file for all future bookings and “no shows” will be charged for the full cost of the service you had reserved.

Wedding/spa parties require a credit card to hold the reservation & 14 day cancellation notice.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If it is your first visit with us, we will ask you to complete a short, confidential questionnaire (completely optional). We do this to ensure we have any pertinent information that may affect your service here today.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on
time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Your Spa experience is your time, and you
should delight in it to the fullest.

No Show
If you cancel last minute, or “no show” an appointment more than once, we will require a credit card on file for all future bookings and “no shows” will be charged the full cost of the service you had reserved.

Walk-in appointments
If there is someone available at that time we would be more than happy to accommodate you at Breze.

Methods of payment
We accept Breze gift cards, Mastercard, Visa, Interact debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal cheques. At this time Aveda gift cards are not compatible with our system.

Gratuities are not included in our service prices or included with our Gift cards. This is a personal appreciation of our service to you. If you wish to leave a gratuity for your service provider you can do so at the front desk when paying for your service.

We do request a credit card to hold the reservation on all multiple bookings(2 or more guests or guests enjoying more than one service)

We recommend booking your reservation in advance. Pre-booking reservations at the end of your service increases the likelihood of us having a time and date available to suit your schedule.

Gift Certificate Policy: (UPDATED AS OF MARCH 2023)
As of April 1,2023 we will no longer be accepting paper gift certificates.  We have recently updated our POS/booking system and we are no longer able to track the paper certificate as they are at least 9 years-19 years old. states that businesses are allowed to put an expiry date on a gift card that is for a specific good or service. Please note we are just setting the expiry date for paper certificates ONLY for April 1,2023.

As always our Breze Gift Cards NEVER expire so that special someone can use it whenever they wish without the pressure of time.  As always,they are a non-refundable item, Breze Salon and Day Spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen Gift cards.

Minimum Age
We require a parent or guardian signature for anyone under the age of 16 requiring waxing services. As we do not offer child care, we have found through experience that the environment at Breze is not ideal for children under the age of 10. Please contact management if you have any questions regarding this policy

In order for you and our other guests to enjoy their experience, we ask that you arrange child care prior to your time with us. Neither our staff nor you can be responsible for your child while you receive services. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the waiting area however any disturbance to our team or other guest will be addressed. There are exceptions for special occasions.
