Gift Certificates/Payment FAQ's

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. They may be purchased for any service, product or dollar amount of your choice. Our gift certificates are transferable. The bearer may choose to use a gift certificate for a different service, product or person than originally intended. Our gift certificates do not expire.

Can I buy a gift certificate online or by phone?
Yes. Either. If you would like to call and order a gift certificate, we’d be happy to help you at 250.758.6822. To purchase one online, click here.

Do your gift certificates expire?
No.

Can I get a refund on my gift certificate?
There are no refunds on our gift certificates, but gift certificates may be transferred to another service, product or person.

What if I don’t use all my gift certificate balance on my visit?
The credit will stay on your gift certificate until your next visit.

Do you have cards to give with your gift certificates?
Yes. We have customized cards made especially for Breze Salon & Day Spa to present your beautiful gift. We also offer customized Christmas cards during the holiday season.

Can I use a gift certificate at Breze if is from another Aveda location?
No. Aveda locations are all independently owned.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, Breze gift certificates, and cash.

How much should I tip?
Gratuities are not included in our service prices. However, gratuities reflect your personal appreciation of our service to you.

Do you sell other AVEDA products besides shampoos and conditioners?
Yes. You can purchase all kinds of AVEDA hair care products, skin care, makeup, candles, essential oils, comforting tea and more at Breze Salon & Day Spa.

What is your return policy for AVEDA products?
We will gladly exchange or refund your products if you have an allergic reaction or there is a packaging problem.
