How much notice do you need to schedule an appointment?

We usually recommend calling in advance. If you have a special occasion, the sooner you schedule the better. If you have regular appointments we can book them for you at a certain time and at regular intervals. For example, every four weeks.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We respectfully request 24-hour notice so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service. There is no charge for changing your appointment within this timeframe. If you are unable to provide 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for a 20% courtesy fee.

What if I’m late for my appointment?
If you’re running late, please call and let us know so we can determine if it will affect any other guests scheduled that day. We will always do our best to accommodate you if possible.

Do men ever book spa or salon appointments at Breze?
Yes. We’re seeing more and more men at Breze every year. Men can experience all of our services, including haircuts and colour, manicures and pedicures, hair removal, facials and massage.
